Zonifier is a FREE GPS-enabled reminder notification app.

Have had it for a short while now. I feel like I could use this a lot on my bus ride home from school. I like the interface too. Simple to work with.
Love this new app. I just used it this morning riding the train to wake me up when I get close to my stop and it worked :) Worth a buck.
